  Maybe a bit naive of me, but I don't feel I was provided with totally accurate, truthful and informative information at the time of taking out a policy. Also, I had to write to Adrian Flux on 2-3 occasions to get the our policy document 100% correct. Hopefully these are just teething problems and the service (should it be required) moving forward will improve.

  Absolutely dreadful company. Expensive premium, hidden charges and extremely rude staff. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Do yourself a favour and read these reviews first - as I should have.

  Mixed experiences over 2 years of being insured by these guys. Often 30 minute waits on hold for their customer services, and don't even bother with email communications - I emailed 5 times to ask for fairly simple policy changes, and after 3 attempts they still hadn't got it right (all I was doing was adding a second driver). They are, however, fairly cheap comparatively for camper insurance, and when you do get through to them on the phone they were okay. Also had to claim a windscreen excess and that was no trouble from them.
